Extended Warranty

Product warranty extension is available on most newly purchased products.

• Length of Extended Warranty — Available in one-year increments up to three-years above the standard product warranty.
• Purchase Timeframe — Extended warranty must be purchased within 60 days of product purchase.
• Documentation Required — Proof of purchase and product serial number are required.
• Contact for Purchase — Contact Comtrol for availability, quote and purchase of extended warranty.

Standard Warranty Information

General product warranty guidelines:

• 5 years — All products that go inside a system (card products).
• 5 years — All products that are on the network, outside of the server.
   
• 1 year — All custom products and all products purchased from the Comtrol Clearance Center.
