RocketPort INFINITY cards are flexible, reliable, and high-speed in-server serial port expansion cards. They provide connectivity for applications like factory systems, SCADA systems, point-of-sale, telecommunications, medical systems and traffic equipment. Connect serial devices like printers, scanners, cameras, and LCD screens.

The RocketPort INFINITY product family is Comtrol’s next generation multi-port serial adapter. Products are fully compatible with systems that have 32 or 64 bit 3.3 or 5 volt uPCI and PCI-X expansion slots. The INFINITY design maximizes serial performance via Comtrol’s exclusive high-performance Unity ASIC chip. Cards are low profile and are for use in both standard PCs and low-profile servers. Quad-cabled and octa-cabled products reach serial communication speeds of 921 Kbps and products with an interface communicate at up to 460 Kbps. All products support software-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial communication modes. The product family includes models from 4-ports up to 32-ports with up to 128-ports per system. They provide an infinity of options for connecting and communicating with your devices.
